يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ، بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ

Yā Ḥayy, Yā Qayyūm, bi-raḥmatika astaghīth

“O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek relief."

The Prophet ﷺ would say this when he felt burdened. Not with complaints, but with surrender. When you don’t have the strength, it’s okay to ask: Ya Allah, carry me.
